Can RTT solve my sleep problem? If so, how?
Yes, RTT can solve your sleep problem. That’s because when you enter hypnosis, you access your subconscious mind, where the root cause of your sleep problem will generally be found. Then you’re guided by me to plant positive thought patterns in the deeper mind, which will lead to new behaviours.
HOW CAN RTT CHANGE MY LIFE-LONG BEHAVIOURS?
Using RTT to access the subconscious mind, new neural pathways are created in the brain, replacing old limiting beliefs and behaviours with empowering ones through the process of neuroplasticity.
What does Hypnosis feel like?
Hypnosis is a calm, peaceful and deeply restful state of body and mind. You experience this state every time you are about to sleep or have just woken up.
Can I get “stuck” in hypnosis?
No. Hypnosis can’t be sustained unless you choose to allow it. Hypnosis is completely safe and you are always in control.
What if the hypnosis leads me to recall experiences that are painful, scary or traumatic?
It is important to remember that you are not reliving that scene, but reviewing it only in your imagination. Your life has already moved on, and in the present you are completely safe.
How long does a session take?
About 2 hours. But I suggest blocking 3 hours in your calendar so you’re not rushed, and have time to ask questions before and after the session.
WHEN AND FOR HOW LONG DO I KEEP LISTENING TO THE HYPNOSIS TRACK AFTER THE SESSION?
You should listen to the recording every day for at least one month. A good time to listen is just before sleep or first thing in the morning, so you’re in the right state and avoid interruptions.
When will I start to see changes?
This is different for each individual, but there are three types of changes:
- Immediate: You feel a massive change right away, in your body, thoughts and behaviours.
- Incremental: You see consistent changes regularly over time.
- Retroactive: You are unaware of the change until one day you look back and see all the things that are different in your life.
How do you conduct hypnosis over Skype?
Online treatment is performed just like any other video conference. It’s important that I am able to see your face throughout the session.
How many sessions are needed?
RTT is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life in 1 session only, but some clients may need up to 3 sessions depending on how complicated their scenario is.
Is RTT guaranteed to work?
No. There isn’t a single treatment in life that can offer a 100% guarantee of success. But RTT has a very high success rate for people suffering from insomnia.
What are the physical and mental benefits of sleeping better?
