My name is Dr Harinder Kaur. During my years as a medical doctor, I discovered that many of my patients' health concerns – from infections to insomnia – often had at least some non-physical causes.

To better understand my patients, I first studied psychology and then became a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) practitioner.

Although your sleeping problem may seem like an entirely physical issue, it almost certainly has psychological origins, at least in part. After all, the human body is a combination of mind and matter.

I’m passionate about using RTT to help people overcome sleeping problems and transform their lives.
